A traveler requests a van on one of our rental websites. We collect their dates, city, group size, luggage, and expected mileage.
We send you the exact payout, what the customer is using the van for, how many miles they need, and the pickup/return dates. Review it on your phone or computer.
If your van is free, you like the price, and you're okay with the customer's trip, tap to submit your vehicle as available. You can also counter-offer if the price doesn't work.
Once assigned, you receive an email with the customer's information. The customer receives your information and your set pickup location — exactly how Turo and Airbnb connect hosts and guests.
You don't need to do anything. About 2 days before the rental starts, you'll receive a text with the customer's information, IDs, insurance details, a voice recording of the insurance verification, a full breakdown of the customer's driving history and record, the signed rental agreement, and confirmation that payment has been received.
You'll get an email when the vehicle is ready to be released. Upload photos of your van before it goes out so everything is documented for the rental.
Your payout is sent 2 days after the rental begins. If it's your first rental and you need to be paid sooner, we can absolutely arrange that — just let us know.
Once the van is back, you can submit extra charges on the platform if needed — for example fuel, tickets, small damage, or extra cleaning. We'll handle the rest with the customer.

Guests lock in their reservation with a 20% deposit and pay the remaining balance a few days before the rental begins. Guests enjoy free cancellations right up until the final balance is due.
Earnings are automatically deposited into your account via direct ACH transfer 2 days after the reservation starts.
While insurance claims are handled directly between you and the guest, we walk you through every step if an accident occurs. Most guests use their personal auto insurance, which our team verifies in advance. If a guest purchases coverage through us, the claims process is just as smooth. Guest personal policies typically cover loss-of-use income during repairs, while third-party purchased policies generally do not.
We take full responsibility for ensuring your vehicle is properly protected and handed over to safe, qualified drivers. You retain total authority over your vehicle — we provide all guest documentation up front, and you always have the final say on whether to accept or decline any rental.

Start with the owner signup form. We ask for your vehicle details, photos, pickup city, and availability. Once submitted, our team reviews and activates your listing across all four rental websites.
You set your daily rate and we add market-driven adjustments, taxes, and add-ons. You earn a percentage of the rental total on every completed trip, paid out after the vehicle returns.
We verify every renter's personal auto insurance or sell them CDW, liability, or full coverage add-ons. Either way, your vehicle is protected before the keys change hands.
Payouts are processed after the trip is completed and the vehicle is returned. We support direct deposit and Wise automatic transfers, plus a manual option if you prefer.
Yes — we place a $250 refundable hold on the renter's card at pickup. It covers incidentals and is auto-released within a few days after return if everything checks out.
