Terms of Service

Last updated: June 20, 2026

This page is maintained by Vehicle Broker Hub to describe the terms that apply when you book a vehicle on one of our rental websites or use our reservation management platform. By making a reservation or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Vehicle Broker Hub operates a network of vehicle rental websites including Convertible Rentals, MyVanRentals, Sprinter Van Rentals, and SUV Rentals. Reservations made on any of these sites are managed through our central platform. Vehicles are owned and operated by independent owners who partner with us.

2. Reservations and payment

When you book, a 20% authorization hold is placed on your card to secure the reservation. Once an owner is assigned, that hold is captured. The remaining balance, plus a $250 refundable security deposit hold, is charged after you sign the rental contract and submit required documents (driver license, and proof of insurance if you have not purchased coverage through us). The deposit hold is released within 3 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition.

3. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel before signing the rental contract, you receive a 100% refund. After the contract is signed, cancellations more than 48 hours before pickup receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup receive a 50% refund; the remaining 50% covers owner compensation and processing. Deposit holds are always released on cancellation.

4. Date changes and additional charges

Date-change requests are recalculated at the vehicle's daily rate and require owner approval. Any additional charges initiated by an owner (cleaning, fuel, damage, late return, mileage overage, etc.) are sent to you for approval. You have 24 hours to approve or decline. If you do not respond within 24 hours, the charge expires and is reviewed by an administrator before any action is taken — nothing is charged to your card without explicit approval.

5. Driver and insurance requirements

All primary drivers must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver license. If you decline our optional coverage products, you must provide proof of your own auto insurance covering the rental vehicle. Driving under the influence, off-road use, towing, smoking inside the vehicle, and transporting pets without disclosure are prohibited and may result in additional charges.

6. Vehicle condition, damage, and returns

You agree to return the vehicle at the agreed time, location, and fuel level, in the same condition you received it. Pre-trip and post-trip photos are used to document condition. You are responsible for damage, traffic citations, tolls, and parking violations incurred during your rental. Late returns may incur an extra day's rental charge.

7. Owner relationships

Vehicles are independently owned. Vehicle Broker Hub facilitates the reservation, payment, contract, and payout but is not the vehicle owner. Owners are responsible for vehicle maintenance, registration, and availability.

8. Communications

All booking-related communications — confirmations, contract delivery, charge approvals, change requests, and cancellations — are sent from Vehicle Broker Hub by email. You are responsible for monitoring the email address you provided at booking and accessing your reservation through the secure magic link we send you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vehicle Broker Hub and its partner owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or any rented vehicle. Our total liability for any claim related to a reservation is limited to the amount you paid for that reservation.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates apply to new reservations made after the change date. For active reservations, the terms in effect at the time of booking continue to apply.
